We cannot offer refunds on prints or digital images, so please choose your images carefully.

Orders are posted at buyer's risk. Whilst all care is taken to ensure prints arrive safely, we take no responsibility for mishandling by Auspost. If this is of concern, please specify that you would like to pick up your prints in the 'Special Instructions' field and you will be notified when ready.

Processing/Shipping: Orders recieved and paid for before Wednesday are dispatched the following Monday. Whilst all effort is made to adhere to this schedule, delays can occur and ProPhotoSales accept no responsibility for any hardship or loss (financial or otherwise) as a result of late delivery.
